Tsukiji Sanokiya

Hand-grilled, tuna-shaped “maguro-yaki”

A Tsukiji sweet stand hand-grilling tuna-shaped “maguro-yaki” with additive-free Tokachi azuki.

Tsukiji’s own “maguro-yaki” — a sweet pastry hand-cooked one by one in fish-shaped iron molds.

The heart of it is additive-free Tokachi azuki. Three kinds: hon-maguro (ogura azuki), kihada (custard), and chu-toro (azuki & apricot).

Maguro monaka and ice-cream monaka, too. Take a fresh one to go as you wander Tsukiji.
